FROM A SUPPLIER FILE TO A CLEAR REPORT
Check the feed.
Catch the costly little things.
Choose a CSV, map two columns and inspect identity and price-format issues before an import.
01 / BRING THE DATA
Start with a supplier file
Choose a CSV or paste its contents. The first row must contain unique column names.
For Excel files, export as CSV UTF-8 first. Text values, leading zeroes and spaces are preserved.
Oversized or malformed files stop with an explanation. We never silently drop rows or guess the separator.
02 / DEFINE THE CHECK
Make the mapping explicit
Your columns will appear here
Read a file or try the sample to choose its ID and price columns.
Currency is declared, never converted. For example, 1,234.50 uses an English format; 1.234,50 uses German.
Free local check. No payment, store connection or automatic repair.
04 / MAKE IT REPEATABLE
Same supplier. Same check.
Save the column mapping and formats for the next feed, or let your own automation run the same local checker. Settings contain no product rows.
The downloaded tool runs locally without billing. Hosted schedules, paid access and customer integrations are not connected.
